Hydrate Drink

Our body is largely made up of water – the brain even around 80%. Water is not just a filler, but essential for almost all functions in our body: It nourishes cells and tissues, supports organs in their work, and regulates our body temperature, for example through sweating in hot weather or during exercise.

If we don't drink enough, this finely tuned circulation becomes unbalanced. Concentration decreases, performance declines – our brain, in particular, reacts sensitively to dehydration.

In fact, we can survive for weeks without food, but only a few days without water. So drinking is not an option – it is vital.

The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends at least 1.5 liters per day. This guideline can increase many times over in hot weather, during exercise, or other physical exertion. Fluid deficiency, also called dehydration, is noticeable, among other things, through:

• Fatigue or lack of concentration
• Headaches
• Limited physical Performance
• Dizziness
• Circulatory weakness

In fact, we designed the HYDRATE DRINK as a daily refresher for every occasion – whether you're running around the park with your kids or sweating it out at the office.

The RECHARGE DRINK, on the other hand, is your best workout partner because it contains not only electrolytes and vitamins, but also proteins to support muscle growth. Ashwagandha extract also helps you recover after your sweaty session.

The HYDRATE DRINK tastes lemony-sour and has a slightly salty note.

For more variety, you can always mix your HYDRATE DRINK with fresh fruit or herbs or top it up with sparkling water.

Our tip: Simply add a few ice cubes, organic lemon slices, and some mint for a refreshing drink that everyone will enjoy!

Electrolytes include minerals that influence the body's water balance and acid-base balance. Electrolytes such as calcium, potassium, or magnesium ensure that cells function properly and support, among other things, nerve and muscle functions.1|4|6 Since electrolytes are excreted through sweat, urine, and breathing, we must constantly replenish them—for example, in the form of drinks.

Sucralose is a sweetener often used in energy drinks and the like. Unfortunately, studies indicate that sucralose can have a negative impact on the gut microbiome. The sweetener is excreted almost unchanged after consumption, so it remains in contact with the bacteria in the gut for a long time and has a lasting effect on them.

The result: The study participants who received sucralose were suddenly less able to utilize sugar and showed impaired glucose tolerance, which, among other things, increases the risk of diabetes and obesity.

We therefore consciously avoid sucralose in all our products.
