Please note the following points:
- After 60 days, no complaints are possible.
- The 60-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
- Providing a photo of the opened/disposed item as described below is mandatory.
- For multipacks containing multiple units of the same product, we require a photo of the opened and already disposed pack.
Important: When returning multipacks, only one item may be opened! - The remaining unopened packages must be returned at your own expense to the following address within the 60-day period in order to receive a refund:

Refunds are usually processed within 3 weeks of receiving the returned item .
Please keep the tracking number of your return shipment. This serves as proof of shipment if your package gets lost on its way back.

- Merchandise and similar items (hoodies, shirts, advent calendars, etc.)
- Vouchers
- Products with a reduced price due to a short best before date (including rescue packages)
How it works
- Fill out the online form: Submit your request using our dedicated contact form . For bundles, please complete the form for each product separately.
- Upload a photo of the discarded product: Take a photo of the opened, discarded product along with a note clearly showing your name, the date, and the order number, and upload the photo to the form. (For multipacks, please enter the number of items being returned on the form and return the unopened packs to us as described above.)
- Get a refund: The refund will be made via the original payment method. Please note that processing and refunds may take up to 3 weeks .
The 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the money-back guarantee.
