Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item, provided you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Whitewall GmbH, Revaler Str. 30, 10245 Berlin, email address: service@brain-effect.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;

for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded (e.g. "Rescue Packages");

for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no control;
-
for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Whitewall GmbH, Revaler Str. 30, 10245 Berlin, email address: service@brain-effect.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not required.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time when you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, in comparison with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, once the service has been fully performed, if the consumer has expressly consented to the entrepreneur beginning performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.
