How to use

Recommended intake:

For a creamy DAILY FIBER, stir 1 scoop (11 g) into 250 ml of water up to twice a day and drink immediately. Add more liquid if desired to avoid a thick consistency.

To gently accustom your body to fiber, we recommend reducing the amount at first and gradually increasing it. It's best to start with just 1 spoonful per day and increase the amount by approximately 5 g each week up to the recommended daily intake of 22 g.

Konsistenz eher dickflüssig durch die Ballaststoffe. Geschmacklich jedoch gut und wenn man nach umrühren direkt einnimmt ist es mit der Konsistenz kein Problem mehr.

Leider ist wie bei vielen beschrieben der Geschmack und Konsistenz nicht so schön wie gedacht. Es kostet sehr viel Überwindung es runter zu schlucken. Es wird schwer es bis zum Schluss zu nehmen. Schade da ich von anderen Produkten den Geschmack angenehm finde.

Ich mochte es leider nicht. Weder Geschmack noch die Konsistenz. Aber Geschmäcker sind unterschiedlich.

J'utilise Daily Fiber Drink goût cerise depuis 15 jours et je suis très satisfaite du résultat : plus de fringales ni de constipation et la satiété est plus rapide. Résultat : - 2kg.

Je suis très contente du Dailygut. Pour le Daily Fiber j‘ai pris citron et chocolat. Citron a un très bon goût mais m‘irrite un peu le système digestif (j‘ai des gros soucis d‘intestins poreux) aucun soucis avec chocolat. Je pense que pour une personne avec une digestion normale et pas des énormes soucis comme moi le citron ne poserait aucun problème. Très bon pour faire une crème au citron. Je vais faire la cure detox de la marque pour calmer mon inflammation et je re tenterais citron :) Sinon ça m‘a aidé un moins avoir de fringales entre les repas.

J‘aime beaucoup le goût, ça ne ressemble pas exactement a du chocolat mais ça s‘en rapproche. Dans un lait végétal frais (ici coco/riz) ça fait un milkshake très agréable qui s‘apparente au chocolat. J‘aime beaucoup le goût qui est actuellement mon préféré. J‘ai commandé cerise pour testé et changé de goût de temps en temps. J‘ai remarqué un effect un peu coupe faim entre les repas qui m‘évite de grignoter car j‘ai la sensation d‘avoir le ventre déjà rempli. Très bon produit, aide a la digestion.
