Whether you enjoy it early in the morning to start your day or as a delicious refreshment in between meals, your Iced Mushroom Coffee will give you the boost you need.
This is what you need:

- 3.5 g Mushroom Coffee
- 150 ml hot water (80 °C)
- Ice cube tray - 150 ml milk (alternative: plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon of C8 MCT oil for an extra dose of energy
Allow enough time for the coffee to freeze. It's best to put the ice cubes in the freezer overnight.

Step 1 : Turn on the kettle
Heat approximately 150 ml of water to 80 °C. The water should be quite hot, but not boiling.
Step 2 : Take a spoon
Put 3.5 g of your Mushroom Coffee into a small pot and pour the water on top. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
Step 3 : Put it in the freezer
Pour the mushroom coffee into the ice cube tray. Now wait until the cubes are completely frozen. If you want to be on the safe side, it's best to leave the cubes in the freezer overnight.

Step 4 : Now shake
Give your coffee a head of foam. Pour about 150 ml of milk into a milk frother or use a handheld frother. If necessary, you can always use a good old whisk. Use either cow's milk or plant-based milk (barista versions are particularly good for this).
Step 5 : It's a Match
