How and when should I take PREMIUM GREENS?

PREMIUM GREENS is best taken in the morning with breakfast. Simply dissolve 1 scoop in 250 ml of water and drink. For more variety, the powder is also suitable for smoothies.

Does PREMIUM GREENS replace other dietary supplements?
