Cancellation policy

We want to offer our customers the best possible service and therefore handle cancellation requests as accommodatingly as possible.

Because we forward orders to our logistics partner very quickly to ensure fast shipping, cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the logistics provider.

Once the order has reached the logistics center and is being prepared for shipment, the shipping process can unfortunately no longer be stopped.
