How to use

Recommended intake:

Every morning, mix 1 scoop of powder (8 g = daily dose) in 200 ml of water or smoothie and consume - ideally together with a breakfast or snack that contains some fat (e.g. 1 teaspoon of oil, nuts, avocado).

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Consume within 3 months of opening.
