What should I keep in mind when taking melatonin?

To achieve the desired effect, we recommend taking SLEEP SPRAY STRONG daily for a period of 2 to 3 weeks. Since it is absorbed through the oral mucosa, taking it about 20 minutes before bedtime is sufficient.

It's best to start with a small amount of melatonin (1 mg, equivalent to 2 sprays). If you don't achieve the desired effect, you can slowly increase the dosage.

What are the advantages of sleep spray over capsules?
