Green tea and Ashwagandha: RECHARGE combines powerful micronutrients with proven herbal ingredients.4
Stir the contents of one sachet (24 g = daily serving) into 500 ml of water and drink within the first hour after training. After ingestion, you may experience a slight tingling sensation under the skin. This is when you notice that the effect is starting. It usually disappears within 2 hours after ingestion.
