Recommended intake of ESSENTIAL AMINOS:

Dissolve 1 measuring spoon (9 g = daily dose) in 400 ml of water and drink daily.

What is the difference between amino acids and proteins?

Proteins are long chains of individual amino acids that are linked together. Your body needs a total of 21 amino acids – all essential ones, as well as histidine, cysteine, and tyrosine, are contained in ESSENTIAL AMINOS DRINK.

Is Essential Aminos like a BCAA powder?

BCAAs refer to the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They are essential amino acids and must be ingested through food.

Since ESSENTIAL AMINOS DRINK contains all the recommended essential amino acids, it also contains the three BCAAs. So, with just one drink, you get both the benefits of BCAA intake and the benefits of the other essential amino acids.

Why do we use a blend of soy and pea protein for VEGAN PROTEIN?

Why are lysine, methionine, and cysteine not used in most Aminos products?

Due to their chemical structure, these amino acids do not taste particularly good, which is why most manufacturers do not include them.

Can I increase the daily serving size of VEGAN PROTEIN?
