However, DAILY GUT + SILHOUETTE is not a medical product and not a classic draining treatment. It is a dietary supplement developed for the daily well-being routine. It gently combines Cactinea™ with fiber (resistant corn dextrin and acacia fiber), the EPx12® bacteria blend, and selected micronutrients to functionally support your body in everyday life.

In the raw material-specific studies on Cactinea™, the mineral balance was also considered. There were no relevant indications of an impairment of sodium or potassium balance in the parameters examined.

Additionally, there are preclinical data on Cactinea™ in animal models. This study showed an increased urinary excretion without significant changes in sodium, potassium, or uric acid in the urine compared to the control group.

Important:Sufficient fluid intake generally remains advisable, especially with products that affect fluid balance.

The prickly pear fruit is naturally rich in phytochemicals, especially pigment-specific betalains and polyphenols. Human studies confirm that these plant components can be well absorbed and utilized by the human body.

In basic botanical research, the prickly pear fruit is often studied in the context of general cellular processes. We use this data for purely scientific description of the raw material, but we explicitly do not use it for health-related claims regarding the product.

Nevertheless, you don't have to forgo active protection: DAILY GUT + SILHOUETTE provides a valuable dose of vitamin C and riboflavin (vitamin B2), which are officially scientifically confirmed to contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Dietary fibers (such as the resistant corn dextrin and acacia fiber included) are an essential component of a balanced, gut-healthy diet and serve, among other things, as food for the microorganisms in the gut. DAILY GUT + SILHOUETTE harmoniously combines these valuable plant fibers with the branded ingredient Cacti-Nea™ and our special EPx12® bacterial blend of 12 selected bacterial strains.

Yes, DAILY GUT + SILHOUETTE is vegan and lactose-free. To avoid unnecessarily burdening your body, we deliberately refrain from adding sugar and artificial sweeteners. We exclusively use monk fruit and stevia (natural sweetener).

No, unfortunately, we do not recommend DAILY GUT + SILHOUETTE during this particular time. Although we use high-quality, natural ingredients, there is currently insufficient study data on the safety of the prickly pear extract Cactinea™ during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Instead, we recommend our classic DAILY GUT(after a brief consultation with your doctor).

Yes, there are raw material-specific clinical studies for the branded raw material Cactinea™. These primarily examine fluid balance, diuresis, body composition, and mineral balance.

The most important raw material-specific human study is a randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study with Cactinea™ over 28 days. As these are the manufacturer's own raw material data, we transparently classify them as brand-specific clinical data.
