Ingredients:
- 1 cup of ROCKET COFFEE
- 1 tbsp BRAINEFFECT MCT oil ROCKET C8
- 1 tbsp pasture butter
- 1 packet of vanilla flavoring/ 2 drops of flavoring
- 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, some gingerbread spice or cinnamon for the topping as desired
Preparation:
- Brew a cup of ROCKET COFFEE .
- Place the coffee in a blender along with the other ingredients.
- Blend until the MCT oil and grass-fed butter have completely dissolved.
