Ingredients for 12 cookies:
- 150g gluten-free oat flakes
- 50g coconut oil
- 100ml almond milk vanilla
- 100g sweet dried apricots (chopped)
- 50g chopped cashew nuts
- 50g chopped macadamia nuts (salted)
- 25g coconut blossom sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon/speculoos/gingerbread spice
- 1 egg
- + HEMP5 - Recommended intake per day: Maximum 4 drops
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients, except the HEMP5 drops, into a container.
- Stir the ingredients until a uniform mixture forms.
- Preheat your oven to 120 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- Now form 12 portions from the dough.
- Add a drop of HEMP5 to each serving, knead it again and form a cookie.
- Then place it on the baking tray.
- Important: The MCT-based CBD oil may only be heated to a maximum of 120°C.
- Leave the hemp cookies in the oven for about 45 minutes. Then use the toothpick test to check if the hemp cookies are done.
- If not, wait another 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Finished and intoxicatingly good!
- Eat a maximum of 4 cookies a day to avoid exceeding the recommended daily dose of HEMP5 .
