- 1 glass of water mixed with WILD BREW : This is how your first mushroom cookies are made. The winter spice mix combined with coffee and iron gives these cinnamon stars a special Christmas flavor with an extra kick.
- 2-3 FOCUS POWER BALLS : Because we love cinnamon, we've turned these cinnamon stars into a Christmassy snack. Your extra benefit: The POWER BALLS contained in the dough support your concentration with vitamins B5 and B12.
Preparation:
- Crush the POWER BALLS and let them soak in a little water.
- Dissolve WILD BREW in a glass of cold water.
- Combine all ingredients (except WILD BREW) in a bowl and knead the dough thoroughly. You can either use a hand mixer with a dough attachment or by hand (be careful, it's sticky!).
- Gradually add WILD BREW and continue kneading. The consistency should not be too dry, but also not contain too much liquid, and should be able to form into a large lump.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour. This makes it easier to roll out later.
- Preheat oven to 200ºC top/bottom heat or 180ºC fan-assisted.
- Roll out the dough on a wooden board and cut out stars.
- Bake the cinnamon stars for about 6-8 minutes. Check them occasionally – they shouldn't be much darker than the raw dough.
