DAILY GUT dosage:
Stir 3 teaspoon of powder (8 g = daily dose) into 200 ml of water daily in the morning before breakfast, or mix into your smoothie, yogurt or cereal and consume.
Usage and duration of effect:
A package can of DAILY GUT contains 30 servings. To get the full effect, you should take DAILY GUT regularly for at least 30 days.
Storage:
Keep out of reach of small children. Use within 3 months after opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
