Prepared in a flash: 2 heaped teaspoons of DAILY GUT Vanilla are perfect in porridge, yoghurt or muesli. Or you can start the day with a vanilla milkshake or iced coffee - there are no limits to your creativity. The only thing the bacterial cultures don't like is heat!
Recommended intake:
Stir 2 heaped teaspoons (8 g = daily portion) into water, muesli, a smoothie or yoghurt in the morning before breakfast and enjoy. The small white sachet in the pack is not suitable for consumption, but guarantees a perfect environment for the bacteria.
Usage and duration of effect:
One pack of DAILY GUT contains 30 portions. To achieve the full effect, you should take DAILY GUT regularly for at least 30 days.
Storage:
Keep out of the reach of small children. Use within 3 months after opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. We recommend keeping the small white sachet unopened in the pack to provide the bacteria with a perfect environment.
