Dosage DAILY GUT:
In the morning before breakfast, stir 2 heaping teaspoons into water, cereal, a smoothie or yogurt and enjoy. The small white sachet in the pack is not suitable for consumption, but guarantees a perfect environment for the bacteria.
Usage and duration of effect:
One pack of DAILY GUT contains 30 portions. To achieve the full effect, you should take DAILY GUT regularly for at least 30 days.
Storage:
Use within 3 months after opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. We recommend keeping the small white sachet unopened in the pack to provide the bacteria with a perfect environment.

Dosage DAILY FIBER:
Stir 1 scoop (11 g) into 250 ml of water up to 2 times a day and drink. To gently get your body used to fiber, we recommend reducing the amount at the beginning and slowly increasing it. It is best to start with just 1 spoonful per day and increase the amount by approx. 5 g each week up to the recommended daily dose of 22 g.
